Had a sweet as stay! Room was tidy and comfy, but the buffet food was lukewarm and not too flash. Staff were absolute legends, though!

Perfect getaway for couples!

The food was delightful with plenty of options, even for vegans! My suite had a fab terrace and a cool outdoor shower. The staff were super helpful, but the shower in the suite kinda made a mess. Wouldn't let that stop me from returning next year!

While the adult-only section is stunning, the surrounding area doesn’t have the same appeal and is marred by gravel beaches and views of industrial toilet blocks. My room was basically a suite in a four-bed configuration with a connecting door, which made it feel less private. I also found the app for ordering lunch at the pool pretty unreliable during my stay. To add to that, the dining area felt a bit lifeless, and the kitchen's noise could be distracting at breakfast. The Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, particularly during the day, making it tough to stay connected. The location of the reception was inconvenient, forcing long walks, especially with luggage.

Loved the brekkie at Terra Sana—ordering eggs at the table was a lekker touch! The pool area was just perfect for lounging, and staff like Alexjanra made fantastic mojitos! Our room was spacious, with all the nice touches.

Shower kinda leaked a bit into the bathroom, so had to put down towels.

Reception was a bit of a hassle, taking ages just to book a restaurant. Even though I’m disabled, it felt like they didn’t have me in mind when placing rooms far from the lobby.

Spent 8 nights here and loved the peaceful vibes. The heated pool and spa made for perfect relaxation after a day out. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin the fun! 🌊

The location was excellent, right by the beach and close to the airport. The exclusive facilities provided for Royal Level guests made our stay feel more luxurious. Most staff members were kind and attentive, making our experience enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the prompt medical assistance my wife received when she needed it, showcasing the hotel's responsiveness to guest needs.
